Establishing concept of operations, specifications, statements of work, test requirements, product assurance plans were core to our success on DARPA Streak and O3b Networks programs.

The honeymoon is over, the CDR is done. Its time to cut metal. Our experience is deep and wide from integration of satellite equipment to assembly and test of hydrazine thrusters to implementation of automatic welding. Programs include SLD/TLD, LIPS III, TRMM, Streak, Striper, O3b and OneWeb.

Well, it should work...trust but verify. Running a successful test, is not easy. Whether the test is successful depends on adequate test plans and procedures and last but least attention to detail. We have worked AIT on SLD/TLD, LIPS III, TOPEX, TRMM, Streak, Striper, O3b and OneWeb.

These are exciting times...and a bit scary without someone guiding the process and ensuring what you want is what you get. We have interfaced with numerous launch service providers including STS, Titan IV, Ariane IV, Delta II, Proton, Long March, Minotaur and Soyuz across a myriad of programs.

Last but definitely not least...Operations. The rubber hits the road. Establishing a fine tuned machine of personnel and equipment, enabled "bad" days to come out good. Process and procedure along with a strong engineering and analysis oversight allows anomalous situations to more quickly transition back to nominal operations. Programs include SLD/TLD, UARS, TOPEX, Iridium, Streak, Striper and O3b.
